GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions found on this page apply to those ICPT Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) which explicitly incorporate them. In a few cases the BOAs available through the ICPT incorporate Terms and Conditions other than these.
From time to time it becomes necessary to revise terms and conditions. For this reason this page contains more than one version of the ICPT terms and conditions. Please be careful to note the date of the revision of the terms and conditions incorporated into the BOA you are interested in to ensure you are using the proper revision.
If Terms and Conditions are not available on or through the BOA's web page, you may request a copy of them through the BOA's administrator or the supplier.
